Well it was shot on the 26th of Nov 2006.im a new member so i thought i'd share the pic. I was hunting with my dad, grandpa, brother, and my grandpa's son in-law. I assumed we we're heading to a mulie honey hole, where i missed one of the biggest mulies of my life about mid nov, a big narley non typ easily pushing over the 200" mark, but my grandpa had another hunt in mind where he had seen a big whitetail about a week earlier, my dad could have shot it but he doesnt like taking bouncing shots. i was pretty disappointed to say the least but didnt say a peep just made the best of it. they showed me exactally where they had seen the big whitetail, we drove about half a click down the rd spotted a cow and calf moose, in the popular trees me and dad jumped out of the truck, watched the moose for about 20 seconds when my brother who was in the truck was saying theres a big buck, i was thinking your crazy those are moose, then my dad started saying big buck bedded down about 50 yrds from the moose to the left. i finally spotted the buck raised my 308 since i was already loaded. A bang went off i seen the hair fly threw my scope, i thought i had a good hit but my dad told me usually when u see alot of hair it indicates that u shaved'em i went over to where the deer was standing to only find minimal blood and lots of hair,it was a hoorible feeling as if i swallowed my heart, missing 2 big boys as i thought, but as i was taught i trailed little hair and blood for the next 2 hrs jumped him once, finally caught up to him under a big ol' fir tree too tired to get back up i raised my gun and shot, after that i was stunned couldnt believe it i was jumping around high fiving. without the help trailing the buck with my brother and grandpas son in law i might have lost the buck there was alot of deer activitie but they helped me a few times get back on track and without them i would not, have these pictures to show. I have a few decent bucks, but this one hands down will always be the best one since i had the oppertunity to harvest this deer with my family, the guys that taught me everything i know and im still learning every day...thanks.

I'm from british columbia reg 3.

The hide wasn't too freezer-burnt to mount? After being in the freezer for two years, you'd think it would be lol..

Nice bucks. I love the split brow-tine on the big boy, there. SOMEDAY I will have a white-tail that impressive under my belt.

Its nice to have a place to hunt that is private land my guess is this is why this one back got grow to an adult age ,both bucks have decent antler growth.
