Froze our ass off Sunday morning waiting for the birds to move!!:(
Finally at 10am. the 1st bunch pitched in!
It was worth the ordeal! Took 9 birds from 2 groups. Jamie was perfect 5 for 5. With several triples this season he's on fire!!
Good shooting everyone!! Cheers----Field Marshal.

i freeze my ass off the birds fly they come right into the deeks perfect just about to set down we all jump up and start shooting and more times than not either one or two down and all the rest fly off laughing their asses off at us and flying somewhere else. i keep thinking its a curve in the barrel of my shotgun then one flys by at mach 2 and right on it and down it goes. so i spent the money got a layout blind the best one or pretty close and put in right in the deeks geese and some ducks on another pond the geese fly just about to set right in and nope off they go and land 80 yards past the deeks. lord help me i think i will fool them get them so close i cant miss and now they wont come in close enough for me to take them. found out from one of the other guys on here its all about the mud and stubble, so i know what i am doing for late geese. those birds better watch out because i am on a mission and i am going to be laying down birds like no tomorrow. thanks for the tip by the way lots of good ones on this site and anybody that has tips and pointers feel free to pm them i am always looking for new ideas and tips always welcome

good night to all
steve
