non res wants to hunt elk in fernie area

Hey guys and gals, my first post here and just have to say there alot of great pics and looks like alot of good info to.

Just a qustion my buddy wants me to hunt with him by fernie his lives in the fernie area and iam from alberta, i have been trying to find out if he needs a HUNTERS HOST lic?

He will need to fill out a permit to accompany a non-resident. All the info you guys need is here:
