Dana, you really have a serious talent for wildlife photography and might want to consider this as an alternate career, your photos always have that touch of natural action that pro photographers strive for. That is one fine bull and just what most of us dream of.

Glad you guys enjoyed the pics. As for my camera, it's a Olympus SP-590UZ. Nothing fancy, just a point and shoot camera. I was about 20 yards from Big 7. Having a good subject who's familiar with ya is a bonus. I was a good 200 yards from the broken 6. He wasn't so photogenic. Don't blame him though as there was a big wolf track in where he was. The camera has 26x optical zoom but I still had to do some cropping on the broken 6 pics, thus the reason for the poorer quality.

Here's some pics I took this last month of another bull from the same herd.

FB,
Was about 20 yards from him. Had to really work at it to get the antlers skylined.

Mark,
The Big 7 wasn't the orginal target of yesterday's photoshoot. I was actually trying to find a Big 6 that I saw about 2 weeks ago. Was right at last light and he didn't stick around long enough for me to get a good picture of him. I'm hoping I can get some quality pics of him sometime this winter. He's pretty damn impressive.
