http://www.huntingbc.ca/photos/data/500/medium/scan00092.jpg (http://www.huntingbc.ca/photos/showphoto.php?photo=22057&size=big&cat=500&ppuser=10944)took my dad and daughter out for our first 3 generation duck hunt yesterday.the old man hasn't hunted ducks for approximatly 8 years. and made a nice shot first thing on a high wigeon.only out for a couple hours and the ducks didn't really co-operate. but the geese were an unexpected bonus, three big honkers.

Earlier this weeks Ian.F and I were at the bay, there was quite a few low flying geese that morning, we saw a single, a triple, and another flock of eight or so that seemed like it was opening day of the season. Flying low and coming to the call, unfortunately not close enough with no decoys for them to see. I was amazed that there was no one using the fields at Dinsdale.

Good going on the geese!
