A question for you guys in the Monty Lake area. How's the ice on the lake, make that 2 questions, if it's thick enough how's the human population on the lake. 3

Don't know about ice levels but with all the crap the mill put into the water there over the years I wouldn't eat the fish.

Yesterday(Wed) there were 4 guys fish of the North,one of the South,a few of Kok and Rb being caught.

Yesterday(Wed) there were 4 guys fish of the North,one of the South,a few of Kok and Rb being caught.
Really ?? I was driving past there last weekend and there was maybe 1/8 of an inch of ice one the main body of the lake ... only the south end had solid ice where the wind had not broken it up . Maybe after this week of cold it will thicken up . I like 3-4 inches at least ...its just not worth the risk !
