Watched a show on Wild TV called "Driven" and they go bowhunting for flying fish with this guy. Looked like a blast.

Those are Asian carp, an invasive non native species and a huge epidemic in the states threatening the great lakes. They jump out of the water like that because they are frightened by the noise of the boats motor.
