Has anyone been out on shannon lake yet this year ice fishing, I would like to take my seven year old girl out ice fishing but dont want to go too deep in the bush

Catch and release there.... Not because you have to but the fish are super muddy and inedible. Plus it's a great lake for the cityfolk. You should take your daughter to woods lake.

ya its gonna be slow!... im gonna hit one of the close lakes on boxing day... maybe turtle or something
