Me and my hunting partner had been pounding for elk and on the way back to camp driving in my truck we see a small 2 point mule deer,

My partner sees this deer he says he is a small buck and you don't want one do you Wayne its to small.

I jumped out of the truck put a round in the chamber boom down he goes my partner was surprised to see that I shot this mule buck.

My partner said why did you take this smaller buck you said you where going to hold out far a big mule buck .

This buck was shot on Oct 2 2010 I said to my partner you are leaving the next day and I took this deer for you so you could have more meat to take home.

He said man you did not have to do this I said don't worry about it its all about friend ship that counts I would like to see you go back to the coast with a few pounds of meat.

I gave Brian 50% of my mule deer buck this is what having a long time hunting partner is all about sacrificing for your long time hunting partner.

Sher I could have held out for a bigger mule buck but my kindness over rides all..

The "Porn Star" buck, cause he was "barely legal". Shot on Dec 5 after a great stalk up some steep'n slick burn. Watched him breed two does and push a smaller buck off. One 400gr FNSP through the heart sealed the deal.

No cranker, but none of mine ever are.

My dads biggest mulie to date....not as big as the monsters you guys got but he was happy...I passed on his twin brother the next day and just couldn't find the one I was looking for..Saw more bucks than ever in any event..tag soup for me!

I shot a deer with the same drop tines in the front, aswell my dad harvested a deer in the same area where i got my double dropper with the same little tine growing off the left side. Wonder if there takin from the same area :rolleyes:
