Our friend has one, but I dont think he has used it yet. He has the one for cleaning geese. I went to the gut wrench website and it looks pretty cool. Check it out at http://www.gutwrenchhunting.com/ .

They'd better hide the stainless at work, that would be real simple to bend up. Just need some idea as to dimensions??

Matbe try talking to the company who makes it, and if they're kind enough they'll give you the dimensions. I've done that before for other things... but some companies have there reasons not to share their plans.

It appears that all it does is pull out the intestines, so the heart, liver, gizzard and lungs are still in the cavity. Is there a possibility that the tool might puncture the intestines and contaminate the cavity?

I have ther moose Gut wrench tool. I did learn the hard way that the animal must be dead first. Of course it was handy knowing the animal was just sleeping all you do is tie your wrench to a something solid like a tree or large rock and then insert quickly and then stand back.Job will be done shortly after reaching end of cable :-)

Sorry couldn't help it lol
