Not being a sheep hunter myself I am always impressed by the stories of high alpine adventures and hard hunting.

I don't know though after finding this, it does not seem that tough.......:-D

For those who aren't familiar with the view - it's the downstream face of the dam and those dots are bighorns WALKING ACROSS IT. They're licking the surface - salt, maybe?

Actually those are not bighorns but female Ibex and most likely from somewhere in europe.

I think those are Ibex and I think that's in Italy.....still cool though.

Like I said I am not a sheep hunter, was sent the picks and the story/location by a guy at work. Sorry for any discrepencies but like you said still cool though.

A quick google search states this is the Cingino Dam located in Northern Italy and yes they are IBEX. Even some youtube videos of them floating around.
