whats it going to cost me to have a cougar pelt done up into a rug?

am i correct in assuming that i could get it tanned, save up some $ and then get it turned into a rug later?
id want the paws and head done too

Tanning prices are still going to vary depending on size. I would guess they would be between $500-$700.
