Where to buy a migratory bird permit??

I was under the impression that these were available at any post office, but as it turns out that is not the case.

Anyone in Vancouver know of a post office in East Vancouver that is open this weekend, that carries these?

I'm in East Van as well.

I bought mine at Canada Post in the Shoppers at Kingsgate Mall (Kingsway/Broadway). Try to call ahead, because they do run out.
