Well, Im just killing a bit of time sitting at my uncles place in the OK waiting to get out mulie hunting, but he's a little slow to get going because we had a little cellebrating to do last night.

Of course the reason is my new hunting buddy! Born November 21st at 2:51am, wieghing in at a healthy 8 pounds, 9 ounces!

God I remember that like it was yesterday. All 3 times. When I look back at him shooting his first gun, then a deer and so on. The best hunting buddy anyone could ask for. It is also nice to have the meat go in the same freezer.

Congratulations to you.

Yup.....He'll be packing out meat in no time. You'll have to look for a mini-mystery ranch set up for him. Cool pic. It's almost like he's trying to get a good look at the shottie. Big congats again pal......

Thanks guys, he has been great, fun and exhausting as Im sure all you fathers know.
We got the pho session/package as a baby shower gift. The gal has a little studio on Granville Island, and was very happy for me to bring in my "props" she took quite a few nice pics. For those who may be interested

Congrats!! Pretty fun times ahead of you. Sorry to say you're hunting days will slow down a bit for the next couple years, but then once he's tall enough to keep both ends of a gun off the ground, look out!!
Cheers to a new Dad!

Congrats for sure, I just had a little girl 16 months ago and we want one more. I hope he/she is a little hunting partner for me too.

Where is the land with the naughty girls? Curious where you are from, kinda wish I was from there.

SURREY! LOL:mrgreen:

Gate, he sure ate up the deer hunting season for me, especialy since his arrival was 13 days late, and after a 60 hour labour, but missing so much of the "prime time" seems hardly noticable now that he is here, and healthy in every way. Not to mention, the instant love you have for your child once its born! I would miss a hundred hunting seasons If I needed to for him, not that i want to of course! ;)
