nice looking cat, hunting it or just came across it by chance? I'd love to get a chance to go cougar hunting. One of these years

My daughter and I were out deer hunting in a spot where I missed a big 2pt the week before, saw a spike and doe in the cut block, caught a movement off to the right while glassing. Told my daughter to look at the cougar and watched it for 5 min or so. To far for a shot so called my buddy with dogs and within 45 min total cat was up the tree.. It had burried a spike which was still fresh.

Had one follow me up an old grade last week for about 100 yds or so.Wandered off into the thick timber.Tracks onto my boots when I walked back out to the truck.Wish my brother still had that awful habit of owning hounds,I was in cell range too!Was always a good time to spend those winter months.

Nice cougar!

Anyone have any full body mounts of the cats? My friend has a full mount lynx, it's incredible to look at.

I would like to share some cougar pictures (long tail variety) but don't know how to send them from photobucket to HBC. Can anyone help?

to do this, while in photobucket, just hold your mouse over the thumbnail till a drop down box apears. Then left click the IMG code, which will copy it, and then paste it in a thread.

WOw thats a nice cat, thats what I wanted too see, can't wait to try and get one myself some day
