Most of the problems are from the people partying in the warm months. But it just takes one idiot to ruin it for you. I think you will be OK. Not sure how much snow is back there.

last week there was snow, not sure about now with the warmer weather. Be up early, around 8-9am a convoy of hunters will show up.

Not a bad mistake if you can find a few clear cuts. If you do take the quad. Some of those gates are low enough to back your truck up to and have planks going down the other side. I would be up there at about 6AM. good luck.

I was up west a week ago they are doing road work 4-5 km past Weaver Creek, best to be in befor they start work. The trucks coming out (tractors and low beds) where chaining up to make it up the hill, I don't know what the temp has been up their this last week so be prepaired

I was up the west side on sunday, snow and ice started to get heavy around 24km. Didnt see any deer sign anywhere saw 1 grouse. O ya and about 45 other trucks 4x4 club maybe. Time to find a new place for the local day hunts

i would definately give "land beyond the gates" a try. There will be other hunters in all the other popular spots.

Well be safe up there. And have fun. I will be out this weekend as an observer and to help my buddy out if he gets anything. I am all tagged out.
