The more you spend now, the longer it will be before your new bino's "don't cut it!"

Before you decide, take a look through a pair of Pentax Binos.

couldn't agree more quality is the best don't buy too cheap, a good set will last a long time. Read reviews test some out if you can they will be worth every penny you spend

I have a NIB set of KOWA 8x25 MSRP $352 HBC price is $$224.22 HST included. Surprisingly bright and fast to focus for binos of this size.

I second the pentax, great optics for the money and they have a few models that are quite compact.

I got a pair of Pentax 10x24, compact and very clear glass. Check them out if you can.

I second the Nikon Travelite for inexpensive value - mine are Travelite II but they are up to model number V I think - I live with them around my neck from September 1 to the end of October, at least.

Try the Celestron 8X42. They are inexpensive and pretty good optics......

I agree with the Nikons. You can also get them at MEC. Very nice not to have ten pounds hanging around the neck. Especially when on horseback.

If your looking at Nikon or Pentax, London Drugs probably has the best price for either brand.
