was up around dee lake. aside from logger-cleared roads, snows pretty think. anyone been up philpott in the past few days and if so how far back could ya get

Haven't been up there in a while but I was thinking about tryin it on the weekend. Not sure how high the WT are anymore with this cold weather and unusual amount of early snow? I am actually having a hard time each weekend, its taking me 1 day just to find where they have migrated too and the other to try and hunt them. Every weekend seems to be a game of catch up for me to find these sneaky *******s!!

well there was about 2 feet around dee tonight. saw one basket 4 running a doe. so theyre not all gone. not a ton of sign either. most of my typical areas were too snowed in and a hellva long walk from where I could get to with only 2 hrs of light.

It's getting tough to wake up and go sit in the snow after a full week of it at work lol what a sport :)
