This is how I turn my small deer head into a European mount. The key is having a pressure washer to use after you boil. In no way is this the correct way, just a simple way I do it.

Well Chris, from now on I think the boys and I are simply going to freeze our deer skulls and wait for you to drop by to do the dirty work! Looks like your quite good at it! Excellent video! Thanks for sharing.

How do you keep the skull from being blown around every where when using the pressure washer?

To hold it in one place, I just had a rubber boot on, held the thing thing down with my foot.

I heard about this and took my elk antlers to the car wash when i was done boiling it and pressure washed them off there. Sure does one heck of a good job cleaning all the tight spots. Great video thanks for posting

Awesome thread, but I would add to your post and make it very clear to people, that if you let the antlers get under the water during the boiling process it leaches the colour out of the antler,., not supposed to submerge the bone
