Region 5 Moose Down

My 6 year old son and I went to Region 5 for our limited entry moose hunt. We bagged a 3 by 3 bull the first morning out about half a km in and 15 minutes after daybreak. It was an easy 100 yard shot and down he fell. My son was so excited to get his first big game hunt with the moose as the grand prize

Nice job on the moose. Sounds like a great story. I send the photos to photobucket. I always send them small. They seem to always work out fine.

VERY NICE BULL,great to have your boy along, even better when they are old enough to help with gutting and packing....can't think of a better way for family time than being in the field with your boys,the moose is a bonus
