Yes a "go go" legal wise.

This is just my opinion, nothing more so don't take offense, but to me, baiting a deer is not too sporty in my books. I'd rather track him down, still hunt, walk the timber, or pick a good spot to sit and glass and/or do some calling, rather than sit near a bait set-up waiting to get my meat. It just doesn't seemed that well earned to me. I've never tried it before, so I don't know how effective it is, but in a way, I would feel like I'm cheating. Again folks , this is just my thoughts on it and in no way am I dissing anyone who uses bait.

Sorry if I went off topic.

p.s. Beauty pics, that camera does a wonderful job

We dumped about 175 bushels of oats out of the combine at the neighbours place next door. It tested too wet to put in the graineries so we decided to dump it for the wild critters. I set up my trail cam to see who's visiting. The local muley does & fawns are enjoying the bounty along with birds as the camera's pics are showing us.

You only know a couple of Guys:mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen: Doesn't all of FSJ do this. I don't think I have hiked in an area and not see a bait pile and a plywood shack set up on crown land never mind private property.
