A good hunt, nice looking elk, with the story of your trip well told on video--not sure but is there more than one bull down shown here? With that load on the way out did you have any trouble getting up and keeping up on plane?

ya it was a late september trip and ya it was a little hard on the old "rock donkey" to get up on step. especially with the four of us in there! might have exceeded the US Coast Guards suggested weight of 995lbs by a few. really had to use the faster parts of the river to aid us in getting up on plane, but the little 200 optimax definetly performed beyond my expectations

Just hung at PinMountain Motel for a week with SEMFanatic (great hospitallity and great food, class act, highly recommend to anyone needing lodging in that area) well bison hunting and he told me the story of your guys hunt for that bull, sounded like a great hunt

Yeup that was me. Im glad you guys were successful. And yes Jamie is a stand up guy. I see many more hunts with him and his amazing wife.
