Heading to Kamloops-Falkland area

I'm heading up there for a last minute trip with my son, and I've never hunted in the area. I'm not looking for anyones honey hole (but if you want to share? LOL PM me) just hoping to get pointed in the right direction. Any help or advice would be appreciated.
