A Few Videos From Last Week.

I had a bear come into camp last week it rocked the camper when it was getting the empty cooler out from under the camper.

This cooler did have meat as for a few pepperoni in it to transport the items from home to my fridge in the camper at camp.

I learned a lessen not to store a cooler that had food in it near your camp the food smell is still there inside the cooler even thou it is empty.

I could hear the cooler being rolled around on the ground outside my camper ,I then turned the light on and yelled get out of here bear a few times then loaded up my defender with slugs and turned the light on at the end of the barrel.

I went out side to see nothing except my empty cooler about 10 feet away from the camper ,this was scary thing that happened when your by yourself.

I will be headed back in on Wed this week with the young fellow to help him get a WT deer if possible ,he can shoot a doe or a buck but he said he wants a buck ,he is 14 years old ??? http://www.huntingbc.ca/forum/images/icons/icon7.gif.

Deer come to this lick all day long as for the night time ,I have a second trail cam I put about 200 yards from this lick ,this other trail cam is set up on a well used game trail ,will be interesting to see what is on this other trail cam in a few days from now.

This place would be a deadly place to put up my self claiming summit tree stand in the bow season ,next year for sure..
