The list shrinks once again....

There's only a small handful of ducks I have yet to add to my life list, none of them easy to get. I've yet to shoot a speck, but not without trying, and trying, and trying, and last year I got my first lesser and missed my opportunity for a cackler. Today some friends helped me add cackler to my list (I may have also added a taverner too, but can't confirm one fell to my gun). To ice the cake the shoot was also one of the top 5 goose shoots I have ever had the joy of being apart of! Gracious hosts, as good of goose hunters as I've ever experienced with calling that left me embarrassed to put my lips to mine.

Nice bird Ian, I shot one about 25 years ago on the Pitt River. We don't see many up here. (and not a lot of ducks so far this year either....).
