sheep/goat hunting around needlepoint/lang lake?

Anybody have an info/expereince with sheep and goat hunting around Mcdame mt/needlepoint mt north of dease lake on the cassier/stewert hwy?

My buddy has a cabin in the area and we/he are looking for sheep/goat hunting areas? any pointers?

Good luck not much help on sheep questions . Never hunted up there for them .

Was up by mcdame couple years ago, if you can get through the gate by the creek that goes by the old mine then go left when the road branches. From there just look around quite a few goats and decent moose. There is sheep around there but you will have to find those yourself. Most of the animals were on southwestern slopes. hope this helps a bit
