I am gonna be making some salami and some cured meats like bresaola with my buck from this year. I need to locate some cure#2 aka Prague powder#2 and some sausage casings or varying sizes. Does anyone know of a place in downtown vancouver that sells this kind of stuff?? I know they carry it at Stuffers in Langley but I dont want to drive all the way out there if I dont have to.

I have already tried Oyama sausage, Bosa foods and Continental butchers

i believe stuffers will ship direct to you , just go online and pay via credit and arrange shipping. not sure but worth looking into.

Just order them direct from Stuffers or drive out there...you're not going to find anyone downtown that sells that stuff.
