Doe "tactics"

Hi all, well I'm getting ready to head out and try and fill my L.E.H (Mulie Doe) in 3-19. I've never targeted Does before and I'm wondering if any of you folks had and tips and tricks for calling Does.

I had Does come in to rattling before but I'm not sure if that tactic will work, being closer to the rut. So what do you think folks? Grunts? Rattles? Scents? What should I do?

Although does can be very challenging, I would suggest covering yourself in tons of scent, rattling, grunting and wear antlers on your head so that the does think you are a buck. This technique will ensure that you make doe hunting as challenging as possible.

Drive around until you see a group of 8 standing on the high side of the road. Get out, load the gun, and crack cap at the fat one standing by herself. Done.

Found nothing but does thus far, now that I have a tag, it will only be bucks I find, right :mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen:
