Fawns

Anyone see any fawns yet, my neighbor down the street has two of them in his yard. they cant get out, he keeps them there until they get older, then lets them out, the doe must of jump his fence, and had them.

I saw a fawn on Good Friday.East side of Harrison Lake.

I have white tails in my front yard just about daily, there were 6 does last night just before complete darkness I glassed them and they looked heavy in the middle still. maybe they drop them sooner the futher south, warmer for longer and all. The bucks are startn to grow antlers seen white tail with about 6-7" of growth.

Seen quite a few fawns down here in SE Langley.....a lot of deer and some big bodied ones too!!

Yesterday I saw a few does/fawns. I drive a Mixer (Concrete truck) in Langley. There's quite a few around.

I actually got the day off today. God bless the rain. I've been putting in 12-14 hrs a day!!!

I have seen a few deer on the way to and from work, but no fawns as of yet. Too much work and no play so far this year, hope to get out for a drive or some fishing next week :grin: .

My wife and I saw a fawn that had been hit by a car and killed on the #1 just under the 232nd st overpass heading eastbound. Not the nicest way to see the first fawn of the year :(

We have a bunch of yearlings kicking around the house, mama must've chased them off, so I'm hoping to see the new babies at some point here...seem some pretty pregnant looking does lately, just been too busy to get back into the bush and check things out.
