Well he's done it again! My buddy (and new HBC member!) John Cawston has put another unique Blacktail Buck on the ground. For those folks who missed it, here's John's Buck from a few weeks back.

Sadly I don't have the details behind the pics. But, not one to be satisfied with just a single trophy Blacktail per season:wink:, John headed out last week. Well worth the trip I'd say.....

Is there something in the water where he hunts?..lol. Those deer are showing some unique antler deformities.Are they from the same area?Huge bases.Good stuff.

WOW! I had to sit down right away cause my legs buckled on me...GREAT BUCK! WELL DONE! Id bet it was nothing but pleasure cutting those tags.

was this another archery buck?

Seriously though, PM me the GPS coordinates so that I can make sure these deer were not taken from a game farm. Then I will post their legitimacy here on this thread. Don`t worry John, I wont let anyone know the coordinates.:wink: HuntingBC.ca is a wild, free range only website. I`ve been appointed by the moderators to double check all posted game to ensure they are indeed wild. If you don`t have the coordinates you can walk to me to the spot where you harvested them......I have the time!

I think J.C. is hunting around the Mission golf course. Some nice deer and bear hang around that area. And I wouldn't dought that he used a golf cart to drag it out.
