I'll film for you!!

Wait!

You'll have to keep me from shooting ducks as well.

Are you pass shooting? Rocking decoys? Going alone or with a partner?

If you don't have a camera operator it's going to be tricky

My bro wants to film, but thanks for the offer. It will be our first time using decoys in a flooded corn field.

I would go with a tripod behind both of you so it can see all of the action in front. Ducks falling, you calling, all of the shots as well.

Matte box or sunscreen over the lens would be ideal. You know... ducks don't like shiny parts

best advice i can give is have someone who doesnt hunt film it. The fottage will be way better, as 1. they arent making a decsion about whether to grab the gun or the camera (gun usually comes first) 2. they can see it from a better angle. :) Set them up in a blind behind you and your all set

Get your brother to sit behind you to record all the action. Easiest way plus the camera will be further away from the spread and less chances of birds noticing it.
