Whitetail Trail Cam pics

Got out and checked both my trail cameras over the weekend. So far, this is the biggest whitetail I got pictures of. Will try to let him live this season, but I've never shot one with a drop tine. He should be nice with a couple more years on him.

You should try to move your camera around on the trail a bit to try and pick up where he is during daylight shooting time.
You would be happy to get that deer so putting in the time required is worth it.
They will not be so easy to pattern when the rut is on so early scouting is the best. I bet he runs the same trails [ or just off the main trails] year after year.
His neck looks thick already so he might already be roaming.
Is this the first pics you got of him ?
Looking forward to seeing him on your wall in a year or so.

Tough call,,,, I had the same situation last year and ended up getting my first with a drop:) Have pics of him the year before though with no drop? so this might be the only year this guy produces. Pull the pin or not? tough call

you look at his body he's a mature buck , short tines he is past his prime . still a shooter
