Here is my adventure on ratting in a decent WT back last night ,this was my first ever rattling experience with whitetail bucks.
I called him ghost white face because all I saw was this ghost white face looking up at me.

He appeared like a ghost and vanished like a ghost ,this one I shot with my video camera.

Notice his neck is out like a water melon and he is ready to start rutting.

This buck wanted to know who else was in his area and came in to have a look ,here is how it all unraveled enjoy

I drove out to come home at 3am this morning reason being is I forgot my wallet at home ,I will be headed back in today after I watch the Nascar race ,hope to call in more bucks in the next week :-D..

That is cool when you can rattle him in. Had a tough time seeing him in the video.

Now I can see him in hte other video. Nice whitey Wayne.

That looks like the same guy I took a poke at and missed in early Sept.:mrgreen: Glad to see he's still out there and about.

What's the temperatures like there now Wayne?

You are correct Marc this is the same place same buck ,to bad you did not get him my friend :wink:..

If I did have a tag left I would have let this buck walk ,there are lots bigger then this guy ,but don't kid yourself this footage of this buck showes he is an old timer..

hey hunter1947 im from cranbrook too and its deffinetly time to bust out the rattlers eh! lol great footage man looks like cran mntn in the back ground. anyways good on you man!

Way to go old boy. Maybe Marc will see him again next year, or maybe I will LOL...... What a rush rattling in deer, nothing like it.
