Since the USA is only taking cattle three years and younger you will notice more older cattle on crown land. And they are being left out there longer. They are eating the grasses to stubble. So we hope that the USA takes all cattle in the future.

Cattle should be fair game if they're in the Crown hills during hunting season! Rather have venison tho!

Cattle should be fair game if they're in the Crown hills during hunting season! Rather have venison tho! The rancher pays so much a head to the government to have the cattle on crown land, I was told it is $10.00 a head. And we the tax payer are paying to have the cattle fenced in. So here is a question, Can the farmer charge you under the tresspassing act for going onto the fenced property. And is a cattle gaurd classed as a gate.

seriously inside a fenced cattle lease range the rancher is landlord by law, and can exclude trespassers while cattle are on that land,,

open range cattle grazing is not exclusive as far as I can conclude talking with ranchers and Forestry officials,,
