What have you shot this fall?

I was wondering how everyones season is going .Looks like it was a great moose season in many areas .I bought a cabin in the interlakes area this summer so I have been doing lots of exploring this fall.I havent seen really good deer numbers but I have seen a few small bucks and I shot a three point the other day.So what have you shot so far this fall and what are you still trying to get.?:-D

A wolverine this spring while hunting grizz, the c.o. conficated it due to not an open season.It charged at me and I dropped it. I called the c.o. right away. A cow elk I just got back from the butcher. A wolf in Alberta when I was hunting at my families house, a mallard duck, a snowshoe hair and countless grouse. For the things I'm still looking for, I would like to get a deer, back out duck hunting and would love to run into a big ol cougar.

Catch and release cougar, lynx and bobcat all winter but will kill one if its a toad.

We ran into a whitey doe at 80 yards straight on to us. I asked him if he wanted the shot but he was using a shotgun with a scope setup and was not comfortable with the shot so he said to take it. I figured it was a good experience to put him through as he has never gutted or field dressed a big game animal. We had fun but I am sore today from the walk and drag. I kept the tender loins and gave him the deer as I already had a full freezer - he is hooked now!!!!

i'v only got one buck this year so far, he was a big 3x4 thought he was a big 5 point when we saw him in the distance nice antlers. me and my hunting group tried goin after elf but we couldnt find any legal bulls and this weekend were goin for some immys. also gotten snow shoe hares and grouse

Same here. You still seeing deer there? Usually by September long weekend they quit hanging around the properties IMO.

Got a fat early fall berry patch black bear, and spiker mulie, and a 2x3 bull moose, which = a freezer full of some of the best eatin' you can find.

Smoked a few grouse as well. Kinda fun popping the heads off with the 300 WSM.

A nice 5x5 muley that I shot with my 5 year old daughter, Hayley, up near my cabin. It was the first day that I'd taken Hayley hunting, and turned out to be a fantastic experience for her. Afterwards she told me that it was "the best morning of her life". We're heading out for immature moose and whitetails at the beginning of November.

A small whitetail in the Kootenays, hunting with my dad. No luck on elk.

Hunted Creston one morning when on a trip visiting my Grandmother ( where i shot the grouse ) and hunted the christian valley for three days only seeing a few deer, 3 elk and a moose. passed a couple tiny spike whiteys that where too small to take. looks like tag soup for me this year.
