Updating for Geo.338
George and his hunting partner Joe dropped by my place of work (in 7-39) for a coffee on May 30. They were still hunting like crazy, but skunked so far.
There is still lots of snow in the bush where they are hunting, so getting around is a bit of a problem.

They told me that they are going to keep trying for another week.
GOOD LUCK, GUYS!

Well I should think they'd be doing well, it was just getting good when we left that area around the 25th.

Fred,
Yeah, it's me.
I had a major computer malfunction and lost EVERYTHING. Had to start from scratch again.

Clint, you must have a boatload of emailed jokes piled up if you have been off line. None of them have been returned.
The old goat, Sandy, has moved up to Princeton and that other guy we met, Ken, that day helped him to move. I sure have met some dandy people through the internet. Fred

I work at Kemess Mine
I just got out of camp on Wednesday and go back in on the 14th of June.

George and Joe might stop at my place in Quesnel on their way home next week. If so, I'll make sure that they give everybody an update on the hunt.
One of my friends was up in 6-18 hunting at the same time as George and Joe. Spent a couple of hours getting close to a Griz to find that it was a sow with 3 cubs. He ended up settling for a black bear before he headed back to town.
