Does anyone know of anywhere in the valley where I could pick up a used frame pack ( or just the frame with straps is all I really need ) military surplus , second hand etc or you want to sell one , not looking to spend too much money , Need for a hunt later next week

Check with Vedder Mountain Sports in Chilliwack. They carry a lot of milsurp stuff. If you really want a decent packer frame, check out the Tatonka Lastenkraxe from AJ Brooks. Short of the hardcore Barney packs and the Mystery Ranch cadillacs it is worth the money.
