I'm sure it's been covered before, but can anyone recommend a few good places to get a bear rug done in the lower mainland/fraser valley?

Thanks a bunch!

The guy on Kingsway across from Central park seems to be either out of buisness or renovating. The place looks gutted.
Anyone know whats going on there?

Also on the same note, does anyone know what a taxidermist charges for a bear rug. Lets say a 300 lb. black bear???

Thought so. Pretty sad, I understand he had a very good reputation. Is his family taking over?

I'm one of 'em. He's done a 1/2 mount for me (B. Bear), a M. Deer shoulder, A full bodied Cougar, some euro's AND hes got a couple other projects in the works. I'm MORE than pleased with his services.

Dana has also had work done there; a HUGE B Bear shoulder, a goat, and other stuff. - I know he stated that he was pleased also.

Steeleco (another Mod) had a GORGOUS colour phased bear done up as a rug, by Ray.... Maybe search up some history here and look for its pics; its a sweet one.

Elkhound is another.... I could go on.

If you're in the LML, I'd highly advise you to give 'em a call and looking at his works, before making a final decision. You can find him in the "Sponsers Corner" of the site.

Good Luck.
