Buddy and I placed our trail cams on moose carcass couple weeks ago and got some pretty impressive results.
Watch closely towards the end.....there's another visitor! We're pretty sure it's a wolf. Lose some of the clarity going to Youtube.
Turn it up!!!!!!!!!!!!
Enjoy!

Wicked! Sent shivers down my back. Flashbacks from my goat hunt in Mcbride. You can never really respect/appreciate that sound unless your by yourself in 8' alder and buckbrush clawing your way up to the alpine.

Thanks for Sharing Grant

Thats some very cool footage! My buddy got an elk the other day, I went to check on the deboned carcass the next day and it was dragged and burried.
Maybe I should put up a t-cam???

Loved that footage! Sheep hunters have a similar ritual when sorting out who gets first crack at a band of rams!

What model of Stealthcam is it?? I'm having a few issues with mine and want to see compare it to one that's working fine.

That vid scared my wife, especially after the fact that we spent several hours a few weeks ago dragging out my elk in the dark and the rain back in the hills.I told her there was no way we were leaving it overnight,it had to come home. The rifle was loaded and handy at all times, all worked out well but..........you never know!Proud of my old lady too,she was pretty nervous but tough and sucked back the fear. The drinks and the hot tub sure felt good after!

I have to agree on the sounds those buggers made...I would hate to hear that at close range.

Hardest part about the trailcam on that carcass would be going back in to retrieve it.....LOL but having said that you probably didn't know you had two grizz battling over the gut pile.

Morning Wayne, buddy had his Stealth cam going for this one. Had my Moultrie up just off to the right of the Stealth, and for some reason wasn't taking photos over those couple days. Thinking back, I think in the rush to get outta there, and looking around, I may have actually forgot to just turn it on.
I would have had some pretty nice color shots as the Moultrie is flash. @$%^!
