I heard their is a place in north kam that cuts game ..makes sausage and the like..anybody know the name of it ..or address. thanks.

i think my dad said it was on the north shore ...but im not totaly sure

we use to use the guy in cherry creek ...he was good ..but i dont think hes doing game .

its not for myself..some one else just looking for any where in the kamloops area that does up sausage..and does a decent job .thanks champ.

Gary's European Deli on Fortune...they do a good job, and their sausage is nice. He's very busy though.

there is Gary's Deli...and then there's Steve Bruner up in Barriere. he's got a setup at his farm/ranch...is a meat cutter at the North Shore Safeway, right beside Gary's.

Where is Steve's place anyway? I heard Louis Creek road, but never been there myself.
