Pink and foamy blood is usually an indication of a lung shot. Well oxygenated blood is pink and foamy the darker the blood the less oxygen there is in it. Peeing in the snow, a doe will usually pee in a concentrated puddle and bucks will pee with a bit of a dispersal to the pattern(like trying to write your name in the snow):-D

Blue blood usually comes from a Royal Elk

Yellow blood comes from a chicken

Green blood comes from a tree hugger

As for P - If it's yellow/red - watch out for those PMS does. could have an attitude.
