Deep in the aspens in 7-20A. He responded to a bugle at high noon! Chased him for an hour and sealed the deal at less than 50 yds. Was hoping for a bigger one, but happy to have elk meat in the freezer. An awesome hunt and grueling pack out - great memory!

In the past I have always looked at it this way when elk hunting any legal bull is a good bull to have on the ground ,congrats on getting your bull elk :wink:..
