Lazaroff Lake/Chubb Lake

My Brother has a moose draw in 7-8 we are looking at west of Srathnaver....anyone know of a decent area to set up camp around Lararoff or Chubb Lake. The backroads maps say there is a campsite on Chubb BUT looking onlie I see that its a bible camp?? Any info would be appreciated.. we are a 12x 24 tent set up so need some decent flat space..Thanks Dean

Chubb lake has a forestry camp site that will meet your needs.

We have had a camp set up out there since september 10th. Just in a landing... and will spend the rest of the season out there :)

I would say Lazaroff is a no go for camping...

Thanks for the info!! I am totally stoked i wasn't going to go but at the last minute got the GREEN light from the boss...course she said i have to take the kids with me too...BUT thats even BETTER in my opinion.. Had the boys "testing" the cots in the driveway this weekend and if they dont pass out from all the excitement!! its gonna be a blast :)
