This is an excellent argument for implementing laws for hunters to wear a certain amount of orange.

It in some cases orange makes movement more noticable in less light situations so the eager hunter opens fire ... see movement shoot ....
Best solution to coming out of the woods at dark that I found is to wear a head lamp or turn on a flashlight.
Even flicking a Bic lighter can help someone I.D. you as a human.
But I agree with you there is a problem so anything we can do to assure our safety helps ....
