I am going to PG hunting with my brothers next week and after reading a previous post about BC guides and their exclusive rights to an area where other guides are concerned, I was wondering if that includes the " permission to accompany" form my brother has so I can hunt with him? When my buddy came from Cranbrook to hunt with me in Aberta, I had to get a B class guide licence but it didn't affect hunting in a A class guides territory. My hunting buddy up and died on me the bugger, and I'm too long in the tooth to find another one, so getting the chance to hunt with my brothers is a God send, and I don't want to screw up .

you don't have to worry about the permit to accompany. hunting in guides territory does not affect it. go have fun. you are not guiding you are accompanying. subtle but legal difference.

To much redtape and regulations. Just go out and enjoy yourself with your brother. And good luck to you.
