kamloops bear ??

does anyone in or around kamloops butcher bear meat? i want to get a bear to make some pepperoni and so on, but i dont have a clue as to how to butcher it myself.... anyone know anyone who will do the cutting

Try the university they have a butcher class there they might be able to help

tru use to but i heard lately that they dont do it anymore but i would still check. if they do still they make a good pepperoni and sausage and stuff but the cured products they dont ususually do till after christmas. i think kamlake meats does it.

theres a lady in walachin that does all mine shes got a shop up beside heartland trailers, makes awesome sausages too. if your interested pm me and ill give you the info.

Doug I have the name and number of a guy in Kamloops that is a butcher by trade that might be able to help you out. He has done an elk and a deer for me this year and has done a great job. P.M me if u like
