Good butcher From Merrit to Princeton areas

Can anyone suggest a good butcher to deal with in the merrit to princeton area or a place to hang meat if too warm.If successful don<t want to drive to kamloops or lower mainland if possible.Thanks in advance Rick

There was a guy in Hedley. I think he is still there. He ran a meat market on the side of the highway. Name was Doug i think
