I need some help...

Im taking my brothers out on a weeklong trip to the kootneys for a hunting trip oct 12th, and being form vancouver i had no idea where we should go.
Ive got a wall tent for accomodations, but any general idea as to a valley etc to check out would be great.

Im not asking for your honey hole spot, just some insight as to where we could go to help my brothers get a first buck, and maybe a moose or elk if the stars align.

feel free to PM

thank
Neale

just by looking at google maps we were thinking about somewhere between creston and kimberly.

Ive already got one deer in my freezer this year, but id really like for my brothers to bag their first one this year.
so for their sake id say somewhere easyier, with the possibility of some road hunting when they start whining that their feet hurt.
but id also love to spend some time looking for either moose or elk with my hunting partner.

Im totally unfamiliar with the area so any suggestions would be great

why don't you go to rock creek theres lots of whitetail deer and in oct the mule deer will be passing through that area, there woud be no problem in getting a deer then. save your self a long trip plus lot's of deer.
