Any meet coolers or game cutters that will let you hang meat for a few days?

Not in Port McNeill but in Port Hardy (40Km up the island ) a gentelman named Bob holloway has set up a nice butucher shop and cooler in his back yard shop. He will hang by the day by the hook.

There is no animals up on the North end of the Island, they were all put on the Ark and sailed to drier ground............:mrgreen::wink:
