This season was the first time I've been out big game hunting in years (I have a job that makes taking time off during hunting season very difficult). Even with limited time on the hunt, so far I've put two mulies down. My son (7yrs) was even along for one of the hunts, though he didn't see the shot. The deer are little coastal BTs that look better in the freezer than they would on a wall, but I'm happy. Getting some areas scouted out also means I can maximize my time on future hunts.

Me and my son put 14 cohos in the freezer as well as 14 grouse. It was the most successful, unsuccessful season I ever had. Went to Alberta and Host hunter had 2 doe tags and he got both while we were there. He has not managed to get us the meat yet but I am hoping soon. Got out lots this year compared to last so it was good that way. Had chances at a moose and wolf but was to patient for safeties sake and never got a shot off.
I still have a LEH goat tag and a friend threatening to take me out when the snow pushes them down. If and when I get him you all will know.LOL.

If and when I get him you all will know.LOL.
well...not getting a shot off at the wolf would probably feel better than my missing 2 wolves....dang it
